I had the worst experience at the service centre they it’s been 1 year im telling there is a same of issue with battery and noise from belt . But they don’t have any answer. All they say is this os electric vechile we don’t have any knowledge. All things are automated .

Amazing experience at the showroom. Mr. Ajay was very helpful during our purchase of ather 450+. Real review after 20k Km and 1.5 yrs The behaviour change after i visited for service Mr. Ajay forget me. Ather Scooter built quality is good but service and after sales is very bad. Will Never recommend any one to buy this product.

Worst service center. I give my bike for service in morning and told them that I am facing issue in my Handel it make’s sound like cut cut and my Balt got loose. But when I came around 6:00 no work was done there was the same proble only thing they do is they wash my Scotty. And when I told them what work you have done they sad (hamare taraf se ho gaya kam is se jayada nahi ho paisa ) the literally lied ….. #worstserviceatherindore

My vehicle is not delivered on the promised date even after full payment. I had booked Rizta S on 29th Jul and completed all the formalities on 4th Sep, I was assured to deliver the vehicle on 7th Sep but I am still waiting for it. Such a pathetic service I ever experience.

Ap ka service centre ky h kuch samajh nahi aata kon responsible hai yaha samajh nahi aata. Koi sunne ko teyar nahi h yaha . Abhi me service centre per hi hu . Meri gadi 1 weak se service centre per h ready hi nahi kar rahe kal ka bola tha Aaj bhi nahi hui . Or hame sabhi gadiyo me problem aati h service me , aap ke logo ko bas Service FEEDBACK chaiye hota h zabardasti, Bina customer ki satisfaction ko jane . Itna pareshan karte h service me , itne itne dino tak gadi khadi rakhte ho service centre per, or parts ke liye pareshan karte ho , Bhaiyya ye aap ki or company ki problem h parts ki . Hamare pass 10,15 din gadi nahi rehti h to ky kare hum pedal Jay ky , Demo vehicle bhi nahi dete ho aap . Priya medam jabardasti feedback form bharwa rahi thi bolti h nahi to me gadi nahi Jane dungi, esi jabardasti karte h feedback ke liye. In the last improve your service to the customer.
