“I visited the Ather showroom today, but my experience was not satisfactory. The staff was neither welcoming nor attentive. There was a clear communication gap, and proper information about the product was not provided.” Suggestions: 1. Train showroom staff to proactively welcome customers and clearly explain product details. 2. Ensure enough staff are available on the floor so every customer receives timely assistance and accurate information.

Worst experience ever not i have visited the showroom but no proper guidance for the vehicle even i found communication gape between staff too. Even i found them with incomplete information about the vehicles. I will suggest this shworoom for the new vehicle booking.Go for another showroom who help you with proper guidance.

Worst service experience after sale ,I have three years of experience. Parts cost is too much high ,and labour is more than parts prices. Well done @Ather Indore . Think thousand times before buying.. Be careful 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Service is not good they don’t have people to assist customers and service for customers only focused on selling vehicles i have to wait for 4 hours before even my work is started

Very disappointed and frankly frustrated with the Indore Ather service center. I was charged ₹1500 for the big belt and ₹1000 for the small belt, and on top of that ₹1000 extra as labor charges just for fitting. When I questioned why I’m being charged labor separately despite already paying ₹900 for servicing, the staff had no proper justification and simply said it’s their policy. This is completely unacceptable. Just 3 days ago, I got another vehicle serviced at the Ujjain Ather center, and they did NOT charge any separate labor for the same kind of work. I even called them in front of the Indore staff, and they clearly confirmed this. Still, the Indore team refused to listen and casually said, “humare yaha to yahi hota hai.” How can there be such inconsistent and unfair pricing between two Ather service centers barely 50 km apart? The Indore center is almost charging double for the same service. This feels like overcharging and poor customer handling. If this is how customers are treated, it seriously damages trust in the brand. Ather really needs to take strict action and standardize pricing across all centers. This kind of behavior is not acceptable at all.

Excellent Experience with Ather Store Geeta Bhawan, Indore I recently purchased the Ather Rizta Z from this Ather store, and overall my experience was really great. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They explained all the features of the vehicle in detail, cleared all my doubts patiently, and guided me in choosing the right variant as per my daily usage. The delivery experience was smooth and well-organized. The team ensured everything was properly set up and gave a clear demo of the scooter before handover. What I liked the most was their customer-friendly approach and willingness to support even after the purchase. But sometime they did not pick call. Ather Stack Pro not activated till now but they are saying it will be updated after vehicle registration. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this Ather store to anyone planning to buy an electric scooter.

Don't book your Ather from here, they commit a delivery date and will stop picking up call afterwards without deliverying vechile. No responsibility towards customer.
