THE CYCLE WORLD - Vijay Nagar

Friendly staff and great prizes, only dealer for trek cycles in mp

In 2021 I buyed this toronto cycle and till now 2024 I have almost repayed it's orignial price like I purchased this in 30k and invested almost 25 k in servicing .Very bad toronto cycle m30 Having a very bad experience with this cycle and very worst experience with the cycle world customer service and staff . And the pricing are also very very high compared to the other cycle stores in indore or anywhere. They literally sell cycles in 1.5 times of rate example 20k cycle in 30k . SUGGESTION TO EVERYONE : atleast go to other stores before going here!!

Local quality cycle, brand ka bolkar expensive rates me chipkate customers ko, cycle world nam se inke rishtedar ki bhi shop hai, ye dono me hi compitation krte, muze cycle 5850 me di, dusra customer kharab krne ke liye 4500 me dene ko taiyyar tha.

I bought a Costello Active 25 bicycle on 31st March 2024. I have been repairing it several times since I bought it. It's a very bad experience with this Bicycle or cycle World customer service, I think the price is too high compared to other shops and I think it's a waste of money.

Worst service. After sales they won't do any service

Bad product quality and after sales service is top bad

I purchased Emotarad bicycle from the store. It took the team almost 3 months to give me the bill with correct frame number. When i tried to register the frame on website for warranty it showed as frame already registered. The store person called someone and told me that there is no need to register on website. I wanted to register but it is still not done. Moreover the behaviour of the staff is very unprofessional. They are totally disinterested in selling you anything. They will quote you prices which are sky high. Overall it was a bad experience.

I purchased emotarad bicycle from the cycle world, so the services and hospitality was awesome. After buying any issues we got into the cycle they always ready to solve it from their side.

Very cheap quality cycle with 2x price from market. No recommended to buy cycle from here.

Every time I come here finds out disappointing staff, ill mannered and judgemental. Suffered with prejudice. Every time bad experience because of the staff. They don't know how to talk and behave.
