THE CYCLE WORLD - Vijay Nagar

I purchased cycle for my nephew but after 2-3 days some part of handle got broken and when i went to store for changing they said sir this part is not available we have to order it and it will come after 4-5 days and now when i came to the stores after5 days they are saying the part has not come till now and ignoring me and saying it will take time. The after service experience is pathetic .Better to visit other store then cycle world in future

Very professional staff and good range of products. They give ample time to test ride and handle all queries adeptly. Ms Aditi is very helpful and has good mannerisms. I purchased E Motorad Doodle V 3. They exchanged my old bicycle also.

Rajendar Nagar ki sarvice bahut bekar h koi nahi h waha accha

I will definitely not gonna recommend this particular store for any service to anyone on future. Found the people there very non cooperative and was not eager to listen the feedbacks . Pathetic.

It was a great buying experience. I purchased corrado bicycle for my Son. Staff is very good and supportive.

Worst services post purchase of bicycle. The shop owner will never pick up call after the payment is made.

I have given my cycle of infernos company to service 4 time and specially said to focus on tyres but yet now my tires are not okay

Very bad experience. We went to buy a bicycle for my kid(rajendra nagar store), but we felt completely ignored by the shopkeeper. Instead of attending to us, he got busy on a phone call. Pathetic service!

Plenty cycle options..superb friendly staff and give great deals

Cycle service quality is very bad. There was no proper service, looks like they are just wiping it with cloth and giving it back to customers. On top of that there is no one to check service quality before handing it over to customers. They don’t care about the customer feedback and their satisfaction.
