Great service. I purchased cycle sitting at 30km far away from shop. They sent me photos and I finalised. Took payment through convinient mode and delivered within 2 hrs of payment. Reccomend for purchase of cycle

I dont know, how other costumers felt or were treated… but personally my experience was bad…. Firstly gave a defective product and the. Denied to take it back, and not just that, the product which i bought was a gear shifter which they sold me @ ₹1200 and the same i got from other shop at just ₹500…. Highly disappointed.

Good place to buying the high end bikes but never give your cycle for servicing there. They kept my cycle for around 15 days and at the last they told me that they can not fix the problem...As per my understanding they are highly focused on high end user, if you are planning for medium segment or low segment purchase, you need to think twice..

No doubt the collection here is impressive, although the after service is horrible. Wanna want anything other than purchasing cycles (giving them money) come here with atleast 1-2 hour spare time, because there after sales service and attention to customers is very bad. Guess what after 40 mins the person in the counter table (assuming owner) blatantly informing that the work can't be done today. Suggestions - purchase your cycle from here then never come back for anything other than purchasing another cycle because all they care is for selling cycle, and not services.

Owner of the store understand his customers and do care for their likes and dislikes. This can be pretty understand from the update that I received for my previous negative comment. They agreed to take care of my concern. For now I go with their words and changing my rating from 2 to 4. Obviously will visit the store again as my need to get a good cycle is still on. If it seems that they have not worked on my cocern then will revisit my reviews again. Store has the widest range of bicycle and getting one of your interest is for sure.

Even in good brand cycles too many issues started after one week only of buying a higher range cycle. They pushed the cycle they wanted to sell even after me asking for specific brand and models that they also had in display, but the salesman kept saying they're bad, they have problems, take my advice and pushed me a more expensive cycle saying, if you don't like it, come again after a couple of months and we'll replace it with what you want. My cycle is on service with them for 4 days, I called them everyday and they didn't know the status of my service and said they'll call back with details, but nobody called back. Now they're not even picking up my phone neither on the service center number nor on the store owner number.

Very bad experience i have purchased ninety one Meraki s7 electric cycle that costs 40k after one year I want to exchange then the sales person said that my cycle will cost 35k is return when my brother called him he said the cycle I want cost 35 k the cycle exchange price is 5k what they haven't said on WhatsApp or even typed that my old cycle will go in 5k now they have changed like a electric cycle that cost 40k after one year they were taking it in 5k that's no fair 🤬

Have visited the store and understood that there is acute shortage of the staff due to current COVID-19 situation. My only suggestion is to provide the contact number to the customers where one can reach to avoid such situation. Changing my rating to 4 as got fair response and treatment once reached their store. =================================== Pathetic service response. I gave my cycle for service on 21st, I was told someone will call same day once service is complete. I was provided with the number to contact them as well. Since 21st I am trying to reach these guys over phone but no response. I called various numbers and even called the owner also but no one is bothered it seems. I never expected such an unprofessional and casual behaviour. You will be treated royal when you go to buy the cycle and later u are on your own.

Very poor in after sales service, they promised for free service within 6 months. But failed to provide even paid service on time.

Best price best quality product. Very humble nature.
