I went to get a Bike for myself and my Nephew, The kind of behaviour and the language was so Rude and unkind. I really, actually wanted to purchase but the way they treated me, I left smh.

WARNING: Udpate: April 22, 2022 - I went to get my rear hub serviced again, which had been previously serviced at The Cycle World, and to our surprised we discovered that the cycle technician had placed 9 bearings on one side of the hub and 10 on the other, creating an unbalanced wheel. This is the carelessness of the technicians at cycle world. If you care about your bike, don't get it serviced here. I went to service my my hubs on my Surly, i wanted some new grease and new bearings. To start, the service technician decided to stuff in new grease without taking out the bearings and cleaning out the old grease from the hub, I had to point it out for him to "truly" service the hub. My axle on my rear hub is slightly worn out so he suggested we replace the axle with a shorter version. I asked him if that would be right, he replied, "of course." Then he tried to fit and it didn't work. He ended up taking the wheel off four times because he did not know how to put a rear hub back together -- it was all "learn by experiment." He ended blaming another technician who had assisted him for the problem, till another technician had to come and correct his work. When it was done the spacing on the drive train side between the smallest cog and frame was wider than usual. I told him it was too wide, and showed all spacing on all the bikes on display but he insisted he was right. There was no reflective understanding that he could be wrong, even after his work was corrected multiple times. When I left, he said, "We sell bikes worth 5 lakhs." (They are the Trek distributor) No thank you, I would not want to spend 5 lakhs at a bike shop that does not have qualified technicians and does not even have a bike stand to work on.

Very Bad service after buying the bicycle!! I bought the FireFox Fusion bicycle. The guy who was meant to assemble the cycle didn't receive any calls. The guy showed up a day late. The same evening, pedal of the cycle fell off while riding. I tried to call the technician guy but he didn't answer and didn't even call back. I got the issue resolved at a local cycle repair shop. Now I've been trying to contact the technician guy again for servicing. But he has stopped answering the calls. And whenever I call the shop owner he says He'll do something about it. It's almost 15-20 days I've been trying to contact these guys for servicing. Very Bad experience in case of service. I think the owner only prefers the customers who are buying the cycles, and once you've bought the cycle they stop answering your calls whether it is for servicing or any other issue.

Worst ever place for SERVICING your cycle, I gave my 25k worth cycle for the servicing here for the first time, first of all they took 4 days to return me back my cycle!! Let me describe you properly guys: 1) After I received my cycle, i noticed that they didn't even washed my cycle properly, as i can see dirt around gear, brakes and paddles, they just wiped my cycle. 2) They didn't even inflated my tire, i can clearly see that my tire pressure was same as it was before servicing! FOR GOD SAKE, Did you even serviced my cycle in these 4 days !?? 3) Now comes the MAJOR issue, They Spoiled my Disc brake pad!! Yes they litterely did! Some of their worker might have touched my disc brake plate with oily hands and further the oil was absorbed by the brake pads. And when I told them about this issue, the staff rejected it by saying it is not done by their side!! SO YOU MEAN TO SAY THAT I HAVE INTENTIONALLY SPOILED MY BRAKE ?? Later their staff wiped the brake pad using soap water and said brakepad will be normal in a day or two! And guys believe me I use to go to their shop consecutively for 1 week and they always make nonsense reasons about brake pad! The owner too was irresponsive for my case! After a week I have to get changed my brake pads! PLZ DON'T CONSIDER THIS SHOP FOR SERVICING YOUR CYCLE!

Good collection for all cycle. Also good price as per product

The sales executive is in hurry. They don't treat customer properly. On asking for a particular cycle at this range "He simply smirked and said bhaiya is range me thodi aati hai yeh cycle " Also he was least interested in selling the cycle.

They are doing cheating with customers. They are showing original product and tell you for booking. Once customers booked. They told they will delever on your address. When you received lot of original parts are replaced by locals parts. And when you try to reach by Mobile or Phone they always making some excuses and not hearing your issues.

We have very Bad Experience with this Shop Owner. We have paid through Card as advance on being told Cycle will be delivered by Evening with Bill payment receipt. On following up for delivery , owner asking for every details about time, date, Maney to whome paid , where to delivery as they donn't have any records of such purchase. Purhaps they got payments & forget everything . it was irritating to follow up and prove everything when you plan surprise birthday gift to your kid. pl be careful , must have evidence to prove later.

Not at all happy with service of cycle world. First they said they will bring cycle from there Godown in 5 to 10 minutes and later it took 40 to 45 minutes. Secondlay they deliverd cyle with broken handle cover. They didnt even have proper sitting arrangememt for customers. Customer service should improve.

No value for existing customers. Zero service facility. Do not respect existing customers. I went for change of my kid's cycle clutches. I went their after confirmation by call that whether i should come for service. They said yes. I went with my kid. When i reached i was directed towards a mechanic and told to wait as he was getting a new cycle ready for delivery. I waited for 15-20 min. for my turn. The mechanic completed that cycle and started working on my bicycle. Another store person came and said to the mevhanic that keep this cycle on side amd do this new cycle ready for delivery. I said i am already waiting with my kid for 20 min. just to change the clutches. He said new delivery is more important wait for another 20 min. I complained to store incharge. He sent another person to work on my cycle. That person was already working on a new delivery. He took another 25 min. to complete that work. My child started panicking. He started work on my cycle then, again other cycle was brought for correction. I lost my patience and complained for the same. Then another person came and started working. My child and i waited for almost 55 min. for just a clutch change. I went off taking cycle to my home. Next day when i checkedbthe brakes, they were not working. All time waste.
