My experience with Mahindra Bhagawati Elite Motors, a dealership for Mahindra and Mahindra vehicles, can be best described as average. The staff at the dealership were polite and willing to assist, although the overall level of service provided was satisfactory without any standout moments of exceptional engagement or enthusiasm. One positive aspect, however, was the remarkable coffee they offered. The person in charge of serving water and coffee always wore a smile and displayed a helpful attitude, which added a touch of warmth to the visit. In terms of the dealership's facilities, they were decent but not particularly remarkable. The showroom showcased a reasonable range of vehicles in an organized manner, yet it didn't leave a lasting impression. The pricing and negotiation process followed standard practices, without any exceptional surprises or noteworthy deals. I will make the rating 5 star if i get the proper satisfaction from the service department, lets wait for the new car to get serviced. Update - the service area and other parts are getting renovated so hopefully we will get something new something better. May be a new and improved lounge and service station.

Never buy used car from bhagwati prestige motors (mahindra xmart), i gave them token of 10k booked the car, they gave me time of 2-3 for loan approval but next day there employee Amit Khatri call me and told me the deal was cancel. Main apko gaadi nhi dunga, mujhse bina puche deal karli dusre se kyuki woh zada paisa de rha hoga, Never buy car from mahindra xmart, worse sevice in indore.!!!!!!!!!!!!
