I rate them minus but their is not option.One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a bhagwati prestige dealership dewas naka.We purchased the Mahindra XEV9E, and within just one day of delivery, the car started having issues. When we approached the dealership for help, we were treated with shocking disrespect. Sarita Mishra, the so-called head of the EV department, was not only rude but also a blatant liar. She kept giving false information and made zero effort to resolve our issue. RK Sir from the service department was equally arrogant and dismissive. Both of them spoke to us like we were a nuisance rather than customers who had just bought a brand new vehicle. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and frankly, both should be expelled from their positions. This kind of attitude reflects terribly on the Mahindra brand. We were treated like beggars, not paying customers. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Think twice before trusting this dealership.

The Mahindra Bhagwati patwa Automotive is located near Dewas naka square on mangliya road. This is one of the major Mahindra showroom in Indore. It is car dealer showroom and also has service station. The service and hospitality is good. Note: If you are going through vijaynagar/dewas naka square the showroom will be on right side. You have to take a long turn just before the mangliya toll naka because there is no intersection cut in between.

Bad dealership experience, always delay in documentation process. Slow process data not update on time. I have booked HSRP no. Plate for my car through this dealership but not update on portal about the status of HSRP no plate my work got delayed 2-4 days due to this issue and showroom person not helped to me.. also stop to answer my call’s.
