Mahindra Bhagawati Prestige Motors Pvt. Ltd. - SUV & Commercial Vehicle Showroom

I am highly disappointed with the service and management at Bhagwati Prestige Mahindra, Indore. I purchased my Mahindra Thar on 23/01/2025, and since then I’ve been facing multiple issues — from wrong vehicle details in the RC to poor after-sales response and careless handling by the staff. Despite several visits and follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. The team members — Bhanu Pratap, Avantika Mishra — have shown a lack of professionalism and responsibility. Every time, I receive false assurances but no real action. Such negligence from an authorized Mahindra dealer is unacceptable. I request Mahindra India and senior management to intervene immediately and take strict action against Bhagwati Prestige Indore for misleading and mishandling customers. Mahindra should ensure that customers’ trust and hard-earned money are respected.

Inke sales man bhi sale hone k baad busy ho jaate h unse call par baat krne tak k liye appointment lene padte h. Calls ka bhi koi response nhi hota mn hua to recive karenge nhi to 1-2 ghnte baad call krna kahke cut kr denge. Inke whatsapp group m bhi koi response nhi karta. I’m very disappointed ☹️ Sirf Sales k tym tak ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating h inke liye uske baad 👎🏻
