I purchased a car from Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Rukmani Motors, Indore, Geeta Bhawan) in 2019, and while I’m satisfied with the vehicle, I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue related to the RC card. The card incorrectly lists ICICI Bank instead of HDFC Bank, from which I took my loan. This issue came to light when I was closing the loan, and despite contacting the dealership multiple times, the mistake has not been corrected. It’s frustrating that this problem has persisted for over a year and a half, as it has caused inconvenience with registration and other formalities. I would have expected the dealership to resolve this issue promptly and communicate better throughout the process. While my overall car buying experience was good, this unresolved issue with documentation has been a major source of frustration. I hope the dealership takes more care with important details in the future.
