Dear Sir/mam I gave my car for service on May 15 at the side workshop behind Geeta Bhavan, in which no work was done properly nor any part was replaced in my car. I paid all the money but nothing happened to my car and I got such bad service that I will never go to you for service My experience was very bad. I am extremely disappointed with Rukmani Maruti Suzuki’s handling of my recent car purchase. After I decided to cancel my order, I was assured by the sales person that my refund would be processed promptly. However, it has been an unreasonably long time, and I have still not received the amount back. Despite following up multiple times, the response has been slow, and the issue remains unresolved. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I expect better customer service and transparency in handling such matters. I hope Rukmani Maruti Suzuki takes immediate action to rectify this situation.
