Worst service experience at Rukmani Motors Sanver Road branch Indore, they only know wheel balancing and alignment, and charging around 7k for same, doing unnecessary work without sharing info with customers and charging for same, apart from that they are unable to resolve any other issues.. like my car new car having Infotainment & reverse gear issue they clearly said it could not be resolved, No parts are available with them, also ordered the parts but even after one month no update, No followups taken by the team.. But they are asking to submit. Good feedback Not sure why…

Showroom facility is good , as per my experience they are miser cos i wanted to purchase Brezza AT 16Lk model on this dhanteras ,but when i was visit for Test drive cluster show fuel warning, after that i requested for home test drive they gave same reverd, at the end i took delivry from Patel motors which is quite far from my place.
