Poor Service and Unprofessional Management at Jagdish Tata Service Center I had a very disappointing experience with Jagdish Tata Service Center. From the initial discussion to entering the service center, the entire process was poorly managed and highly unprofessional. I was given an appointment and asked to come on time, yet after arriving, I was made to wait for over an hour. Even more concerning, without properly inspecting the vehicle, the service advisor listed multiple items on the job sheet, many of which were not even required. It felt like unnecessary services were added just to inflate the bill. There was no proper explanation provided about why these services were needed. When questioned, the staff casually mentioned that the same work could be done outside for much less (around ₹3000) and said they could simply remove the items if I didn’t want them. This raises a serious concern—if these services were truly essential, how could they be skipped? And if they were not essential, why were they added in the first place? This approach directly puts customer safety at risk. The communication throughout was extremely unprofessional. The staff showed no interest in discussing the vehicle condition and seemed focused only on the job sheet and the total cost. There was no transparency, no explanation, and no respect for the customer. To make matters worse, a delivery time was committed and I was assured I would be called for pickup. No call ever came. Based on their commitment, I took time off from work to collect my vehicle, only to be told at the last minute that delivery would be delayed until the next day. This was unacceptable, especially since I clearly explained that I needed the vehicle for travel. When I requested them to stop the service so I could go elsewhere, they suddenly claimed they could deliver it the same day—raising serious doubts about their honesty and work process. Such service standards seriously damage the reputation of Tata Motors. I will never recommend Jagdish Tata Service Center to anyone. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely avoidable with basic professionalism and transparency.

Hello Sir , I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the service quality from ur team . I had given my car MP09WM 7202 on 28th May for worskshop repair . Initially ur team didnt even processed my claim although i had submitted from my end stating it is month end . Afterward there was no timely response from ur team to insurance provider . They ordered part on 3rd and recieved on 8th and I asked them to start work they didnt work on saturday and monday when i asked about photos they told there was no power although putty work could have been taken care . They promosed me to deliver car on thursday i.e today and yesterday they extented to friday and now saying saturday . Its been more that 17 days my family is struggling without a car just because of ur team . Also they are not even sharing the photos of the work agter asking so many time . Not picking my phones this is abosulte pathetic behavious especially from MR Akhilesh and MR Akshat One of the worst service center never buy tata motors cars

Recently got my Tata nexon serviced at their workshop. Their advisor Ashish is not properly trained and looting customer with random charges. I went through worst experience of my life. They have charged 1200 for some break replacement parts which was not replaced at all, no video no justification. When I highlighted they removed those charges from invoice. Second, they charged 1700 for windshield cleaning and coating. Which I never asked. I asked why are they charging for service which is not availed. Mr. Ashish clarified that charge is for throttle body cleaning, then how come description is saying windshield cleaning and coating. Basically they charged for high cost service rather than actual service availed. Not going again to their service centre, looting in name of authorised service centre. Cherry on the cake, when I tried to reach to higher management they are redirecting me to same person Mr. Ashish for clarification. He is the one who messed up invoice with heavy charge service which is not availed at all.
