Bad pathetic experience of after sales, Don't respond to my call, after 1 month they say some sign on paper is missing for RC book, that too was informed to me when I personally checked in RTO through CM helpline complaint. were they sleeping for 1 month, Once you buy car it's your responsibility to follow up for everything. They print wrong name on insurance also. Still no update. Mar jao lekin tata jagdish lasudiya mori se car na lo.

Third class service centre … i was waiting from 10:30 but no adviser was available to attend the self … more over they too buzy that they don’t even listen.. i had already made a entry then too no support for jagdish TATA … To be very frank such third class of attitude least bothered about the customer.. wat to say pathetic worst such word are very less for Jagdish TATA service centre .. Later their customer support team will say give us one more chance but to be very frank i gave more than 2times but same condition horrible service centre.
