Responsiveness to concerns: They noticed my concern and found the root cause of the issue reported. Timeliness of service: As in my case part needs to be replaced under warranty they took 5 days including weekend. Vibration in Gear 3rd above 40 speed identified and Top Gear Assey replaced with latest modified part received from Tata Motors. Quality of repairs or maintenance: All staff are good and helpful, each person try to understand everyone issues here to get your issues resolved give some time to any mechanic and level 1 escalation team to work on your cases. Don't come and escalate everything to TATA MOTORS in the first level. Staff professionalism and attitude is good and the strengths of Jagdish Tata Motors Cars is they have an honest team and supervisor during sales and after sales service in comparison to other TATA MOTORS Service centers in Indore City.

worst experience I had one of the worst customer service experiences. After paying the registration fee, their attitude completely changed—they stopped caring about my concerns. What’s even more concerning is that my personal documents were shared in the market for loan purposes without my approval. This is a serious breach of trust and privacy. On top of that, they kept asking for additional fees without proper explanation. When it came to selecting a number plate, they made the decision themselves without consulting me. When I raised a complaint, they simply denied it and asked, “When did you request it?” Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

The after-sales service here is absolutely pathetic. It has been 46 days since I purchased my car, and I still haven't received the RC. The normal processing time is 15–30 days, yet they have failed to deliver it even after such a long wait. The staff is highly unresponsive. They rarely answer calls, and we have to call repeatedly before someone finally picks up. Every single time, they give the same excuse: "Please give us 2–3 more days, we'll provide the RC." Even after waiting a week and following up again, they repeat the exact same excuse. Because of their delay and negligence, I am forced to pay toll charges every single day. If I had received my RC on time, I could have completed the FASTag/KYC process and availed the toll benefits instead of paying out of my own pocket every day. I am suffering financially because of their mistake, and no one seems to take any responsibility for it. This kind of careless, unprofessional, and irresponsible behaviour is completely unacceptable. Once the sale is completed, there seems to be no concern for customer service. I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales support and the complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless they improve their customer service and start respecting their customers' time.
