आदरणीय वन्देमातरम मैने आपकी टाटा कंपनी से पिछले वर्ष ही Punch CNG कार खरीदी है। कार में सर्विस के बाद जो प्रॉब्लम हुई है वह यह कि *कार स्टार्ट करने एवं क्लच दबा कर गियर में लेने के बाद, क्लच छोड़ने पर कार आगे नहीं बढ़ रही है, पूरा क्लच छोड़ने पर एक्सीलेटर दबाने पर ही कार स्पीड में आ रही है ।* जबकि सामान्य रूप से क्लच छोड़ने पर धीमी गति से कार रेंगने लगती है, ऐसा उक्त मेरी कार में सर्विस से पहिले एवं मेरी अन्य कार में भी हो रहा है । यह समस्या बताने पर उक्त *मि. आर्यन तिवारी महोदय मुझे कार चलाना नहीं आता ऐसा सर्टिफिकेट दे रहें हैं ।* पिछली दो बार भी जो सर्विस करवाई गई आपके इस सर्विस सेंटर से वहां बहुत बदतमीजी से बात की गई और सर्विस में भी गाड़ी जैसे दी थी सर्विस के लिए वैसे ही वापस मिली। गाड़ी की शायद धुलाई भी नहीं हुई। सुबह से दी हुई गाड़ी शाम को 6 बजे वापस लेते वक्त वहां खड़े रहकर मुझे उन्हें बोल बोल कर साफ करवाना पड़ी। और इस बार जो 3rd सर्विस हुईं उसका मुझे 10000 का बिल हाथ में दे दिया गया। और हर बार की एक और प्रॉब्लम ~ ऑयल सामने चेंज करने का बोलो तो साफ मन करके कहते है कि हम सामने चेंज नहीं करेंगे आपको वीडियो बनाकर भेज देंगे। अब इतने घटिया व्यवहार से इन पर भरोसा कैसे किया जा सकता है। मना करने पर कहते है कि भीड़ बहुत है इतना समय नहीं है हमारे पास की आपके सामने हम ऑयल चेंज करे।

Bad pathetic experience of after sales, Don't respond to my call, after 2 month they say some address is missing for RC book, that too was informed to me when I personally cheched to sales person were they sleeping for 2 month, Once you buy car it's your responsibility to follow up for everything. Worst experience kahi se car lelo but Jagdish tata se nhi

Very bed staff behaviour no proper visiting of cars

Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic …!!!! experience with Jagdish motors…..we have taken delivery of our one of vehicle from here 2 months back. The sales person named Mr. Akshat is big fraud and lier he has been promised fitment of accessories before taking delivery but he has failed to manage and after two month also we are waiting to get this work done. He has taken extra money from us also. Zero service quality after two months also we have not received the number plate yet no call or msg from dealer regarding the same. We have called multiple time and went to the dealer but still no solution to our problems. People here don’t know the word customer service or satisfaction they are only worried about their mobile phone and sitting idle scrolling social media.

Just now purchased Tata Altroz from Jagdish motor and I am so delighted by the service and customer experience. I exchanged my old beat and purchased new car. Ravindar paaji from exchange team was so helpful and nice person who helped me in getting the right value. Jyoti madam and Sunil sir was also a constant support in the buying process
