⭐ 1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with Jagdeesh Tata Indore I’ve had one of the worst service experiences with Jagdeesh Tata, Indore. Every time I give my car for service or for even a minor repair or insurance claim, they take an unreasonable amount of time—weeks or even over a month—for the simplest of fixes. This time, it’s been over a month since I raised a claim, and even after paying the full amount upfront, the refund has still not been credited to my account. The reason? The dealership has failed to share the necessary documentation and claim details with the insurance company. I’ve personally called several times and even followed up multiple times with the concerned person, but I’ve never received a proper response. Only vague excuses and delays. This kind of unprofessional and careless behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Tata. If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly do not recommend Jagdeesh Tata Indore for service or insurance-related work.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Jagdish TATA during the Grand Delivery of my Tiago EV. From the moment I stepped into the showroom till the delivery ceremony, everything was handled with great professionalism and warmth. The entire team made the delivery feel very special – right from the decoration, explanation of features, to the smooth paperwork process. They ensured I was comfortable and guided me through all the EV functions in detail, which gave me complete confidence as a new owner. I had a misconception that services of Tata showroom is pathetic but Jagdish Tata changed my view Excellent customer service very polite and courteous staff especially Ankit Sahu and Komal Ahirwar

I had earlier cancelled my car booking from this showroom because of their poor service and delayed delivery — they informed me about the delay only at the last moment. But the trouble didn’t stop there. It’s been over two weeks, and I am still struggling to get my refund amount of ₹5100 back. They had called me on 7th October, saying my refund cheque was ready. My brother collected it, but due to a minor name mismatch in the passbook, I requested Ms. Akanksha to reissue the cheque. Normally, reissuing a cheque doesn’t take more than 2–3 days, but even after 8 days, when I followed up today, both Akanksha and Gaurav told me to “call after Diwali.” This kind of behavior and delay is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had already cancelled my booking earlier due to the same careless attitude, and now I am facing unnecessary issues just to get a small refund amount. I sincerely request Jagdish Automotive’s senior authorities to look into this matter and take proper action so that no other customer has to go through such poor service again. Please think twice before booking or making any payment at this showroom in Indore.
