Review June 2025- Excellent Review June 2026 after 11 months Issues Faced: 1. Sudden Engine Breakdown: Today,, while driving, the vehicle suddenly stopped in the middle of the road due to an engine issue. The car is only 11 months old and under warranty. This has caused severe inconvenience and safety concerns. 2. *Date Discrepancy in Service Records:* During my first service at Jagdish Tata Motors, I was informed that the system shows my car as sold in _January 2025_, whereas my actual purchase/invoice date is _June 2025_. This wrong entry is due to a mistake by the dealership. I now strongly suspect that I was sold an old, pre-used, or defective vehicle, which could be the reason for this major engine failure within 1 year of purchase june 2025. This sudden breakdown and the incorrect sale date in your system raise serious doubts about the vehicle’s history, quality control, and the transparency of the sale process.

Overall great experience and staff are very cooperative

I'll given zero star. I want to buy new tata vehicle and call to showroom but no one can answering since 2-3 days no one call back also now I'll think about pre- sales service is that then what about after sales service????? Worst service jagish tata.

Dont purchase cars from them its a waste of time and money. And specially their Service center they do good promises at the time of selling the vehicle but at the time of servicing they show their true colors.

I was gone through a reference, but the service and the sales person are pathetic, they don’t answer your call for days, and don’t have courtesy to call back as well. Mr. Akhilesh Dhakad and Mr. Amaan Shaikh , they will keep you handing for days to get your work done. I suggest to explore options before going to Jagdish Tata.

It was a very good and smooth experience

No class, more than third class service, Since 2 days we are waiting for normal paper work, their practice is to just nook the car, no delivery on time, no paper work on time, none of staff entertain customer when the ask anything about any service, they just want to make fool to the customer by making false statement. 🙏I humbly request customer to dont buy a single pany of accessories too, buying a car from this showroom is highly terrible.
