Worst courier service , if we booked something we stuck with them. No support . Number given is always busy , they act like they work in government office. Beware !! This is competitive world . Your company might be good but employees here in indore are worst , they don't know how to talk with people . Feel regret to use there services .

Very poor, irresponsible nd unethical service. They took my address but denied delivering it saying it doesn't comes under the delivery area and said u have to collect it from the office. When i collected the parcel the frame was completely broken and the glass was shattered. They refused to refund the money and told to think twice before sending something made of glass.

Experienced several issues with M/s Trackon’s service that impact overall professionalism and customer experience: 1. Abusive language is frequently used by employees, including delivery personnel, which is often overheard during calls. 2. There are recurring call connection issues, making it difficult to reach support. 3. Parcel tracking is inconsistent, adding more frustration. 4. Delivery times are longer than expected, with 'super-fast' delivery taking four days from Delhi to Indore if picked up from the office and an extra day if delivered to a home. 5. The office environment is unprofessional, with language that makes it unsuitable for family visits. If M/s Trackon were to improve employee salaries and offer professional training, it could greatly enhance both employee behavior and service quality. A more professional approach would make the experience far better for customers. Deserves zero stars, but since my parcel arrived in good condition, I have given 2 stars for that. *Get well soon, M/s Trackon*.

Very very poor courier, i never seen like 3rd class service.

There is no option to rate zero that's why rating 1 star. Very unprofessional and person is not picking call.

The staff is very unprofessional. They neither answer calls nor call back. It's been 7 days since the parcel arrived at the destination, but it still hasn't been delivered. Very poor service.

Very disappointing experience with Trackon Courier. The delivery was delayed without any proper updates, and the tracking information was either inaccurate or not updated on time. Customer support was difficult to reach and did not provide any helpful resolution. The overall service was unreliable and unprofessional. If your shipment is important or time-sensitive, I would not recommend using Trackon Courier. They need to improve their delivery timelines, tracking system, and customer support.

Wostrer than worst service , unorganised company with uneducated staff they even didn't pickup call ,if we try whole day than one call get connected by chance otherwise always shows busy. My parcel is arrived but not delivered yet....
