Worst service...nothing can be bad than this.The parcel was in their godown for 10 days.we personally collected it ...the status shows out for delivery.Irresponsible people.Donot use this courier... Negative Quality

Worst staff we ever had deal with... They don't know How to behave with customer... They clearly said that " हमने कहा था क्या यहाँ से बुक करने को " Pathetic, will not suggest to use this service in near future to any of my know fellows

Very bad service They didn’t pick call there phone is always busy whenever I call them and when we they pick our one call from 20 they say no pick from our office . and if any not able to pick then what thy take one week to deliver it what we do when we need it urgently if any ordered

Ek dum ghatiya service hai. Inke log Courier lekar rakh leete hai 4 day's tak. Fir calls pic nahi karte. Jab 4 day's ke Baad call pic karte hai to Bolte hai apka courier Ghoom hogaya.. Wast services. Very Poor..

The behavior of the staff was good...although my parcel was delivered late but that was due to lockdown situation. Used several time services from them and that was satisfying.

Very bad experience. Nobody picks up call. Tracking shows already delivered. They ask you to pick it up from their office. What is the point in sending a courier then? Shouldnt use this service for emergency deliveries

3rd Grade Courier service - my courier is arrived at destination hub on 19th of March...i am writing this 27 of march but still not delivered. These guys don't even answer calls. Worst courier service, even the worst government offices far better than this.

Very verys bad service. They promise to deliver in 2-3 days but take whole week. Tracking on website is even more pathetic. Triedb calling so many times but call never connect. Worst courier service.

Worst delivery guys ever. He used unacceptable attitude and refused to deliver at home. All this after sundown. Kindly give proper training to the delivery guys to do their job atleast,and use proper language. With the current experience,track on deserves negative star rating.
