Suryakoti Express

I reached out to Suryakoti Express to assist me with shipping my Scooty from Indore to Punjab. I was impressed with the excellent service they provided. They ensured the safe delivery of my Scooty within a span of just 5 days. I particularly appreciated the convenient and straightforward shipping process, as all communication was conducted online. The added convenience of doorstep pickup and delivery further enhanced my overall experience. However, I must note that the shipping charge was slightly higher than expected.

!!!!! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!! I regret to say that my recent experience with Suryakoti Courier & Cargo Services was nothing short of a nightmare. my brother placed an order with them with high hopes and by seeing their rating on google. The box looked as though it had been through a war zone, with dents, tears, and signs of rough handling all over. Upon opening it, my worst fears were confirmed - the contents were damaged all the snacks packets were opened and taped it. I almost waited for more than 20 days to get the stuff and at the end what i received was broken, damaged and opened snacks which i really wanted to have as i was craving to eat Indori snacks. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Suryakoti Courier & Cargo Services to anyone. Their lackadaisical approach to customer service, coupled with their utter disregard for the condition of the items they deliver, make them a company to be avoided at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this disaster waiting to happen. Really paid almost 5000 for nothing yes for broken items which i am gonna throw in dustbin.
