No One Responds to call, when am trying to reach -Subject: Urgent Request for Refund and Inquiry Regarding Misdelivered Parcel** Dear Suryakoti Couriers, Namaste, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding a parcel I sent through your courier service. Below are the details: - **Parcel Date:** 6th August 2024 - **Cost:** Rs 2050/- for 100gm - **Destination:** Fort Worth - **Delivery Date:** 9th August 2024 - **Receiver Name:** Mr. Rishabh Date However, I have been informed that the parcel was handed over to someone named "Grace" at the front office, whom I do not know, instead of being delivered to the intended recipient, Mr. Rishabh Date. My concerns are as follows: 1. Why was my parcel handed over to "Grace" instead of Mr. Rishabh Date? 2. The parcel was delivered on 9th August 2024, yet it has still not been received by the intended recipient I.e on 19-8-2024. 3. Most importantly, I request an immediate refund of Rs 2050/- as the parcel was not delivered to the correct person. Please process the refund urgently I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and look forward to your swift action. Thank you. Best regards

I had a wonderful experience while sending items through Suryakoti Courier from IIM Indore to Gwalior. The staff were very cooperative and packing was of good standard. Mr Shailendra from the company was continuously monitoring and coordinating everything. He ensured the delivery in time as promised. The professional approach of the company is well appreciated.

सुपर फ़ास्ट डिलीवरी! मुझे उम्मीद से पहले मेरा पार्सल मिल गया। आपकी टीम बहुत कुशल है।

They take extra charges for fast delivery even for small items even after my parcel didn't reach with in a week. I am still trying to coordinate but no answer. Delay service. Would not recommend to go for it .there are surely some other good agency in market you can go there in cheap prices.
