Apoorva Diagnostic Centre

I have been here for x-ray. We waited two hours because the x-ray machine operator was not at the centre even at open time. After x-ray, when i asked at reception for payment receipt they said it can Only be printed from doctor's personal laptop. I have visited three times for receipt collection but getting nothing there but excuses.

Called them to ask for their ultrasound rates for abdomen but they mentioned they cannot give it on the phone and we have to go to the lab first. I have my sick dad with me and the guy I spoke with from the lab wants me to go there with my dad just to inquire about the rates. He could have spoken and explained things nicely but it was in a rude manner as well. It is disappointing as I need ultrasound regularly.

Forget the negative reviews. There are always. Centre and it's members are actually good. Just let them work at their pace and they will show good results. Keep it up apoorva.

Just Pathetic, They are here to Earn Only No Humanity 2 times , I had visited for Sonography of my 8 year kid with prior appointment and confirmation from Center, but when I reached in just 20 minutes at Center, Dr was Not Available, and then staff asked to come after 2 hrs. 1 Star.... A perfect Review for this 2rd Class Center.... No Use of taking preappointment, Patient need to wait in any case, for more than 1 hrs, which I dont think a usual waiting period. Sodani dignostics is much better that this soo called Center.. Soo unprofessional it is, calling patient and then Not available at centre. Really making Fun of profession NO Sincerity....... I never asked to sacrifise anything, If you went for Lunch, 1.1 Why your staff had called me at that time, after calling i was there in 20 mins as committed 1.2 If it is your lunch ti.e, Dont your staff knows it 1.3 Last time I came at 10 am with pre appointment, Was it your Lunch ti.e that time too Always giving unprofessional Taunt in your remarks, better Accept the fact and work on serving to patients and improve your front office desk staff Make them learn basic etiqutes. Also, its not about any cast, Its Pain of a Father, whos 8 year daughter is not well, and infact saying SORRY, your front office team is arguing and giving silly excuses If you cant accept the Truth, then stop taking reviews... Stop this Showbazzi.... Fake reviews of 5 star.....

I have went to some tests sonography of my wife , i have collected my reports and for blood and other reports i went after 2-3 days , They have taken the amount in cash only so any records for the how much amount you paid , no cards or upi payments , but the worst thing is that they are not giving the receipt of the amount you paid, i mean in this covid time hospitals and these labs are just looting the people . This is an excuse that we give the bill receipt only 4-5 pm even i went after -2-3 days they asked me to cone between 4-5 pm only I mean how much this illogical and irresponsible answer , to collect the receipt i have to agai. Visit in this covid situation how people go again and again for the same thing If you have the receipt now please email me You already have my email

My 8 year old kid fever and breathing heavily. We were taken in mid of peak opd. Thanks sir for wheelchair. For kids I was referred to you. For first time my kid asked for water from you. Thanks again

Exorbitantly high priced as compared to peers. Even charged INR 100 stating sanitization/ consumables.Infact the lady on reception who is billing for the tests, extracts blood without even sanitizing her own hands. They even don't keep a band-aid to apply later on.

Doctors here explain very supportively. every details about quality sonography are best. Very satisfied 👌👌 …

The customer care person is very rude...she /he just talk rubbish and waste our time. Reply to OWNER'S RESPONSE- Dear sir/mam as u said u r "SENIOR MOST" in the industry. So do u think that was the right way to talk to a customer on internet. Pls note as a customer we have the right to know prices And customer care is meant for enquiries. As far as ur UNIQUE policy is concerned..its fine...no issue ...but don't use it as an excuse for ur rude behavior...i never asked for any negotiation...any help ...then how did u assume i was asking for negotiation...and who told u to help me in my previous case of "sampoorna sodani lab"...in the beginning itself i made it very clear that i wanted to know just a ROUGH ESTIMATE only...and not ur lecture or any rubbish talk... I am not the only person enquiring for costs...because in this CORONA times everyone is being overcharged for medical facilities....kindly read newspapers...this has happened to me 3 times... But as a SENIOR MOST person in the industry u started giving lectures and this was the only thing i didn't like. And i m not going to reply further...DON'T want to fight. Rude staff on the reception who doesnt even know how to talk to a person and doesnt even want to listen to the enquiry and kept repeating the same 4 lines like a parrot and kept disconnecting the call . Imagine you are being paid to answer the phone and you cant even do that right ! Wow Why would go to such facilities where even the reception staff has no decency and professionalism. There are obviously other option . Nobody is walking there for free stuff . I dont care about reviews much and i had to post this immediately after this arrogant guy disconnected my call twice without even listening to my enquiry. Now i see the pattern of reviews, most reviews are on same line . Imagine how much damage this one employee has been doing to the whole name and game ! Such attitude in any metro city will get one fired in a day , i expected indore to have better facilities. This came on top when i searched and im truly disappointed. Pathetic and sad !
