My wife went here, for NT scan for our twins. Since the babies weren't of the age, the centre refunded our money. That's called honesty. For the first time in indore, someone had refunded the money for us. You have earned 5 stars.

Best sonography centre in indore. Open on Sunday also. Hume emergency me sonography karvana thi. Hand to hand reports bhi mil gayi. Thank you Dr sir.

Very rude behaviour by the representative when tried to enquire about tests on phone. He disconnected phone on my face saying that you need to visit the centre for information. What's the use of providing number if no one cares to answer the basic queries like cost of the test? And why would someone visit and waste time if the cost of the test is not known?

Had to wait for one hour for doctor inspite of prior appointment. Horrible services. They are saying about waiting. And only they are surviving in covid. Others are totally free. Staff totally lieibg from 50 min doc is in the way atleast you have told exact time. Totally disgraceful.

Not at all cheaper, if people say that means those are paid reviews. They don't accept electronic payments. I don't know if its a tax saving technique. Yes, in case you don't have cash they would allow UPI payment. Pathetic, I visited this center twice. First visit - The staff was supportive but the Dr was RUDE. Received a confusing report (I must say wrong report, I don't know how experienced they are). Confusion was over in the next sonography. One more thing, Dr wouldn't tell you anything. If you ask anything, he would upfrontly say you will get it in the report. Second Visit - Didn't want to visit but went there as it the only centre opened at 8 pm Saturday. Due to some reasons we didn't complete the process but paid through UPI. Their UPI doesn't realise the same time it takes days to get realize, OK. It's Thursday they didn't bother to process the refund, I have given them account details to process the transfer let see how long that gonna take.

Service is not good as you see in the reviews from others. Those are fake reviews as they are asking to review and giving 100rs discount once you submit your review on Google and show them. I went to this place after seeing reviews from others and i had to wait 30 min even we were the only customer there, whole staff members were busy in their stuff. Their charges are higher than others. They used smaller paper to print sonography and you won't be able to read details until you take the photo closer to your eyes.

Worst! No knowledge of conducting an ECG test. Wasted my 2 days just for getting an ECG done. that too was not up to the standards, had to get it re done at another diagnostic centre. there machine was not working on 1st day, then on 2nd day also it was not functioning as expected. Then they called someone from call center and even after that they got me a bad quality ECG. (confirmed by 3 different doctors) It took only 5 minutes of time for my ECG in other centre but here, they were learning on me how this works, how that function works. Really disappointed with the experience. I'd prefer not to visit this for critical checkups.

Apporv Sir is really good. He understands the needs of a patient and treats them psychologically as well. I went for the sonography and was really happy with my visit. Staff is cooperative too. Highly recommended for people in Vijayanagar.

Very bad service. Hame 3 baje bad ka time cahiye to nhi diya ja rha he. Bola ja rha he ki ane se phale puch lena ki ho paye ga ki nhi. We are giving money. Koi free me nhi kara rhe he. 2 din se appointment mang rhe he.
