High charges but casual approach in billing. I went for the tests and asked the rates. They provided me the full amount without giving the rate of each test. It was higher than my imagination. I had the emergency so I paid the amount and completed the tests. I again asked for the rates, they said we will provide that in the bill. When I went for the reports and asked for the bill, they said it will be given only between 4-5 pm. The next day they gave me the bill of full amount without mentioning the rates of each test. I had to shout at them to get the rates of tests. Those rates were much much higher than the rates of any other diagnostic centre. They are just charging double and their new money sucker is "sanitization charges" on each billI. I know they didn't invite me and it was my mistake that I went there. I will keep that in mind and I strongly suggest everyone to not visit this place.

Rude behaviour, unprofessional behaviour Editing reply : First of all saying wrong information in comments doesn't change customer's experience . Second : I will never even visit I called once for enquiry and the response I received from your end was the reply I posted ' rude and unprofessional '. Third : after connecting to your team I believe the good replies are wrong information

The doctor had zero concern for others’ time I waited for almost an hour i had to go back for my appointment to my physician after an usg but they didn’t even come and were very unapologetic about it

Thank you sir. You attended us on Sundays also. I can't stop writing for you, when I saw that person was so rude, inspire no other clinic is functioning on Sundays. Many thanks for your suggestions. He solved our problem by calling our doctor. No one do that. Keep it up. !

Best sonography center for target sonography. Target sonography ke appointmdent ke liye 2-3 dino tak wait nahi karvate jaise dusre centers par karte hai. Sonography ke samay bhi bahot der Tak wait nahi karna padta. Reports bhi hand to hand mil jati hai. Dusri bar nahi ana padta. Neat clean atmosphere.very experienced dr.polite coperative staff. Highly recommended. Fully satisfied.

Hi all, Worst! Worst!! Worst!!! Review need to be written here as it will be helpful for many. I went to center as it was near to my place and Pics of center was also good. When I visited I have to wait for 15 mins and when I asked how are the things he told me to wait outside and after 10 min report will be given. This was not a behavior which I expected. Coming to the payment part, as mentioned by many there is no card facility. I have to go approx 1.5 km to take money from ATM also there charges is highest comparing to other well known diagnostic. Res Doc, You have to understand our difficulty and being rude is not a good thing. I went through many reviews and 80% were sad from this Diagnostic services. Hope and expecting better behavior from your team along with digital payment and more professionalism.
