Croma - New Palasia

I want to bring to light a severe failure in customer service at your New Palasia Road branch that actively cost your store a premium sale. We went to purchase an Apple MacBook but were forced to cancel the transaction entirely due to the highly arrogant and neglectful behavior of your Apple saleslady, Srashti. As a buyer investing in a laptop, I expected a basic standard of assistance. Instead, Srashti completely neglected her duty.. She does not bother to justify or explain the technical specifications of the MacBook when asked. Her dismissive, high-headed attitude made it impossible for us to close the deal there. We chose to walk away and will be taking our business elsewhere. If Croma values its reputation and premium customer retention, the management needs to address Srashti’s unacceptable behavior strictly and immediately.

Wrost service ever. 5 days hua microwave liya but koi technician abhi tak product demo k liye ghar pe nahi ayaa. Please don't choose croma palasia. Croma ka coolar bhi bakwas hai aur croma ki service bhi bakwas hai.

The owner's reply asked me to email customersupport@croma.com — an address I had ALREADY emailed on 6 May 2026 with full documentation. No meaningful response since, despite 3-4 reminders. Posting this second review purely as a public warning. The facts: 1. Sales rep Mr. Ankit verbally assured me 'zero processing fees, only 10% of repair cost.' I trusted him and paid ₹15,079 on 19/02/2026. 2. Full T&Cs were NEVER shown to me before payment. 3. First claim raised (display damage, Req No. 8777381302664) — ZipCare immediately demanded ₹6,754 as 'processing fee' via SMS. That is 10% of the entire laptop's value, NOT 10% of the repair cost. The verbal promise was a lie. 4. Croma's response to my formal complaint? A copy-paste reply asking me to email the address I had already emailed. Channels active: NCH Docket 9253887, Twitter @cromaretail (publicly acknowledged), Croma order SOA567378186476, consumer court filing in progress. Do not make the same mistake I did. Get every word of any ZipCare warranty offer in writing — including the exact definition of 'processing fee' — BEFORE you pay a single rupee.

After sales service is very poor. Customer care number are not receiving calls of customer. I purchased a havelles cooler 3 days ago and it has some manufacturing defect which the croma staff are unable to solve it after 24 hours of complaining. I want to return the product as it has some manufacturing defect but the staff is not proper answerable. Even the sales person is also not receiving the call of customer.

That's 10% of the entire laptop's value, not 10% of repair cost as promised. I was never shown the actual warranty T&Cs before paying ₹15,079. This is how they sell — verbal promises, no written disclosure. Consumer court filing next if unresolved. Do NOT buy any extended warranty at this store without getting every promise in writing first. And , I already emailed all details, claim documents, order ID, and complaint summary on 6 May to customersupport@croma.com, but I have not received any meaningful resolution yet. Kindly check the email and provide a clear written response regarding the mis-selling issue and unexpected processing fee charged by ZipCare. Awaiting urgent resolution.

I visited this store to purchase a MacBook Air M5, but unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The staff member Shristi was not attentive and did not communicate properly during the interaction. I expected a more professional and customer-friendly approach, especially for a premium product purchase. Due to the overall behaviour and lack of interest in assisting, I decided to leave the store and later purchased from Lotus Electronics, where the staff experience was much better. The store should seriously improve customer handling and professionalism.

Had a bad experience. Guys just go to some other stores which are credible.I recently visited this store and they were trying to sell the insurance with the phone by making it compulsory. They try to fool the customer. I wanted to buy iPhone but they refused to sell it without the unnecessary insurance. They were even not transparent about the availability of product range and colors of the phone.
