Worst store Came for monitor purchase, staff is not at all interested in selling, just told this are two boxes, check specifications at some near by mall and then come and purchase from here Asked for water so they told go to first floor and ask someone there to give you bottle

3rd class service hai.. sare fake promise and fake sales person rakhe huye h... They promise to installation in max 48 hr but no one is available to here you.. after 48 hr no one is answering about my AC installation. WheI called sals person Krishna, he answered me completely unprofessional way,,, "Sir main kuch nhi kr skta wo to apke pas call ayega jb ayenge tab..." And at the time of buying he told m sir don't worry main kal hi installation krwa dunga.. I call to store also but a girl is just told me-- Main apka number group m dal diya apko call ajayega." But not received any call. Poor service and poor customer assistance.. please don't buy the new Palasiya croma store anything

Such a losers ..dont purchase anything from here .. got fridge recently got two time defective products no proper reply , not receiving calls, no solutions, its day 6of facing the problem without fridge still they aren’t bothered. Never buying anything from chroma palasia . Worst experience

⭐☆☆☆☆ Lost Two Customers Because Nobody Had Time to Help After a disappointing experience at another store, my friend and I visited Croma (Palasia) to purchase two Apple Watch SE models (40mm & 44mm). Unfortunately, the experience here wasn’t any better. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ We entered the store ready to make a purchase and stood around for nearly 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. 👋 No greeting. 👋 No inquiry about what we were looking for. 👋 No effort to engage with potential customers. One sales executive was busy with another customer and asked us to wait. Fair enough. However, when we approached another executive to simply ask about Apple Watch offers, we were again told to wait because a payment was being processed. ⏳ We kept waiting. 📱 We kept looking around. 🤷 Nobody came back. 🤷 Nobody followed up. 🤷 Nobody seemed interested in helping. The issue isn’t that the store was busy. The issue is that there was zero customer engagement. A simple “We’ll be with you in 5 minutes” or assigning another staff member would have made a huge difference. ❌ No customer attention ❌ No proper assistance ❌ No product guidance ❌ No follow-up ❌ No sense of urgency As customers ready to purchase two Apple Watches, it was disappointing to feel completely ignored. Croma may have great products, but customer experience is equally important. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations. Hope the management looks into staffing and customer handling because this store lost two genuine buyer's

Had a great shopping experience at Croma. I bought an HP laptop and the team guided me really well. They explained all the specs clearly and helped me choose the best model for my budget. Store is clean, billing was smooth and I got proper warranty support. Thank you Croma team for excellent customer service!

This is a pathetic service I have purchased one product croma chimney in 2024 but still I'm not using this product because of inflow in oil continuous and my furniture is demeged and I'm many times of visit in outlet but not my issue solved and Mr Harsh rathore is not picking my call and bupendra and vikram is non professional person and already told before 1 month for Vikrant but this guy is very unprofessional person and insure you my all relevant suggestions for not purchase in any electronic items in croma...

This is very very non-professional store. You guys are just going to waste your money, energy by chasing delivery person. We have purchased fully loaded automatic croma model washing machine on 25th May and delivery date is mentioned as 4th June. At the time of purchase they committed to deliver it on next day i.e 26th May. Mr. neeraj was our sales person who gave us FAKE PROMISES. He has not even check the status of machine in this 4 to 5 days. His Manager Mr. HARSH RATHORE is not picking our calls. He is like ABSCONDED from the picture. NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY ELECTRONICS ITEMS FROM CROMA PALASIA ROAD, INDORE AND ALL CROMA STORE TOO. THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING. Just making fools to normal people. I am still in doubts whether i will get my machine or not. MR. Neeraj today suggested me to refund money. See how is theit professionalism, they will never ever try to manage the delivery but chose an easy way out of cancelling our order. This shows how bad they are in handling the things. Your money is not having value here.

Worst service than any other. I've visited their store around 2 3 times for headphone regarding concern and that time they said that, if you want to replace your headphones you'll replace under it's warranty date that is before 3 February 2027 and now after 15 to 20 days later I visited their office they saying you aren't replace your headphones you've to go service centre for servicing. At the time of purchasing they said very talks like any time you want to replace it we will replace it for only cost of 100 rupees and now they aren't even resolve my problem and denied for my replacement.
