Very bad experience..they just sell products but will never provide service after that.only within 6 month washing machine stop working properly and after 15 days of continuous follow up callls & visited to store so many times they didnt even raise my complaint.very bad experience.never buy any products from croma. They sell defected products .

Horrible Service by Apple Rep Srashti – Walked Out and Cancelled Our MacBook Purchase I am writing this with deep frustration regarding the abysmal customer experience we faced at the Croma store on New Palasia Road, Indore. We walked in fully intending to buy an Apple MacBook, but due to the sheer arrogance and neglectful behavior of the staff, we had to cancel the deal on the spot and walk out. We were dealing with Srashti, the Apple sales representative. Her attitude was shockingly dismissive from the start. When we asked about the laptop's specifications, she didn't even bother to explain or justify them, treating our basic questions like a massive burden. To make matters worse, when we inquired about availing a valid student discount, she showed zero interest and didn't even bother to try or look into applying it for us. Because of her toxic and arrogant demeanor, Croma lost a high-ticket, premium sale today. It is unacceptable for a reputable brand like Croma and a premium partner like Apple to be represented by someone so entirely unprofessional. I strictly urge the store management and corporate authorities to take immediate disciplinary action and provide basic behavioral training to Srashti.

I was in the bay and no representative came . Lotus us far better and I woyld recommend same. Lotus guys were readily available and I got my product in 20 mins . Worst croma experience not visiting the shop again

Fake positive ratings, forcing customers to provide ratings at the time of purchase. Extremely bad experience. The employees are extremely irresponsible and want to sell the product by hook or by crook. I bought a TV around Diwali and they promised me a ₹2,000 cashback, but it's now March and I still haven't received it. If you buy something from them, remember, you'll have to waste your precious time contacting them repeatedly.
