Very disappointing, this time i am a regular customer at croma but this time i an very much disappointed with the service The delivery got a day late and then the installation too get late and after many calls and messages the salesman is telling that installation guy is not available and hi himself will come around 10-11 pm to install and the showroom staff is not so supporting does not picks the call and does not even call back after saying that we will inform u in 5 minutes I was a regular and loyal customer at croma but know i have to think twice before shopping with u Very bad

Worst ever service by these people.they all stand in group on entrance gate when u ask about any product none of them bother to provide any information. Worst service and staff. Never shop from them instead go to a flagship store for purchase. Croma has lost its standards. Zero rating should be given to them.
