Croma - New Palasia

Staff was not supporting. Most of products are only demo version

The staff is not customer friendly, they wouldn’t even get off their chair when asked about a product. I was told that the warranty provided by a brand like Phillips will not cover my product but the extended warranty by Croma will do it (just to sell the additional warranty) Also when asked about the bad condition of the product, I was told that thats how the company sends it which apparently was the only piece they had until I walked out when he could check if there is more available. When I asked his name he very rudely replied as Rahul which I am pretty sure was a lie. Horrible service

Staff not active towards work.Customer service was very bad. And i had so bad experiences there many times. They provide product as i told about enquiry. ( about connection to iphone) they gave me product then I pay the bill and the product was not able to connect iphone which they gave wrongly product and this happened with me two times. They didn't replace that product. Which i had lost many at your shop.

They don't have stock of most of products even after that they try to finance on your try to trap you in situation even after that don't accept their mistake terrible experience don't ever visit
