Very poor service by service team work not done yet. They are claiming that we solve your complaints in 24 hours but my complaint is from 14/05/2025 and till now they are not able to resolve my problem about my refrigerator. Tecnicians are not skilled. They are giving only excuses and not attend my calls. And I have a extended warranty for 2 years I think that's my mistake.

We went to buy an iPad, but they didn’t have it in stock. They made us wait for 1 hour, saying it would arrive in just 30 minutes. After that, they told us it wasn’t available at any outlet, and finally said we would have to wait 7 days. This is unacceptable — if the product is not available, you should inform customers right at the start instead of wasting their time.
