Abhishek and Manish were really great. They provided best price at the beginning itself. They never pushed me through out to buy something that I don’t want and they understood my requirements before recommending the options

We came to the store at 9.50 PM but Vaibhav Sahu greeted us at the GF and accompanied us till 2nd floor.He had no irritation on late timelines and helped us purchase,test products & bill ! It seemed to us that it was 10 AM 😊 Great Guys make Great Places ! …

Product sell karne k liye tho kuch bhi bolnge But agar aap service k liye pareshan na ho jaye tho croma ko yaad he kaise karoge

I buy a croma google tv from this store but when tv is delivered at my home and installed at that time we play a video the screen is full green and picture aur not seen i also call a service provider and at croma showroom did not do anything and always saying that my complaint is under processing

Very poor service and the staff is very arrogant we went twice on the same day first he made us wait for 15 mins and made an excuse that he has to take out the massager and was going but he never go to the storage after 15 mins he told us to come either the next day or wait for another half an hour to which we agreed and after we went in next 30 mins he told that they have still not taken out the box and asked us visit another store. The staff was very rude and uncooperative.

Jab aap logo ko customers ka call pick karna nhi hota hai to aap log google par apna number kyu dalte ho…. pathetic after sale service. Not recommended. worst.
