Great service, good staff

Chroma was truly convenient and impressive. As a one-stop shop for all things electrical, it lived up to its reputation. The layout was well thought out, with mobile devices and accessories neatly displayed on the ground floor. It was a tech lover's paradise with a wide range of options. Venturing to the top floor, I was greeted by an array of refrigerators and kitchen appliances. The segregation made shopping a breeze, and the staff was readily available to assist. Chroma's comprehensive selection and organized setup turned my shopping experience into a delightful one.

Awesome experience at Croma. Customer services and facilities were impressive. Even the sales people especially Ms. Pranjali was good at sales. In addition to that i also loved the extended warranty policy. Croma is a good destination for buying products.

Like today when I came to Croma store I met Pranjali who gave me the best service and after that he also told me a lot about the products. After talking to him I felt like he has got good knowledge at a young age. pranjali is a very nice girl, I felt very good after meet with her.

Terrible experience,first of all I'll recommend you guys to newve ever visit such a store where the staff executive doesn't respects you,whereas at the local stores,customers are considered as god's,on the other hand,these kind of big stores are Just "Only show no Go",where you can't even expect respect from the staff,and additionally if customer is trying to take a demo of products,they simply ask that are you here to do some timepass or you wanna really try the product,literally how somebody has the dare to ask such questions from clients,again and the last time when I was abt the purchasea portable fan frome these guys,was recording a video of how the product works,i calmly asked to executive to hold and show how it actually work,instead of showing,he started a heated argument,saying how someone could show the speed of fan in a video,after hearing such a terrible statement,i simply left that store,coz I didn't wanted to ruin my experience,I respect the brand,but the not people who are working there,instead of buying from there,i ended up purchasing same portable fan from novelty market at an economical rate! So at last,if you don't want to lose your self-respect,don't ever visit this store at new palasia,instead of providing service,they will humilate
