Poor after sales dealing. They just want to sell. After that they don't even bother even from the next day. Even their customer care don't have store contact details. Disappointed

Louts Electronics par mera experience bahut accha raha. Yaha par sabhi tarah ke electronic items reasonable price par mil jate hain. Staff bhi kaafi helpful aur polite hai. Satish Solanki ji ne mujhe product choose karne aur kharidne mein bahut help kari. Unka behaviour aur guidance bahut acchi laga. Overall shopping experience bahut badhiya raha. Highly recommended 👍

बहुत बेकार सर्विस, लेने जाओ तो सेल्स मैन इतने आगे पीछे घूमते है झूठे है सब। हम धनतेरस के पहले गए देखने तब खूब शुरू में सेल्स मैन लेने के लिए पीछे लगे थे फ्रिज , गैस , microwave, घर डिलीवरी 2 दिन बाद मिली फ्रिज की वो भी थर्माकोल लगा हुआ मिला उनके यहां के पहुंचाने वाले पागल ने बोला अरे ये तो design है मतलब इतने पागल है फ्रीज में नीचे मशीन में थर्माकोल घुसा है और बोलते है डिजाइन है। उसके बाद रात को 11:30 बहुत फोर्स करने के बाद भेजे दिवाली वाले दिन तब से अब तक फ्रिज टेढ़ा है। और जब भेजे थे तब चक्का निकला हुआ था। मतलब कस्टमर को कैसे झूठ बोलना है और अपने से कम समझना है ये 140 स्कीम के लोटस वाले जानते है। सर्विस इतनी slow, खराब फ्रिज के स्ट्रक्चर में है और बोलते है कंपनी का बॉय visit करवाते है। अरे माल ही खराब है और इल्ज़ाम दूसरों पे थोप के क्या मतलब ?? कभी कोई फ्रिज टेढ़ा होता है क्या दिमाग से पैदल ? आज तक मैने खुद के घर में पहला वाला फ्रिज और दूसरों के घर में फ्रीज कभी टेढ़ा नहीं दिखा। ये कम दिमाग वाले ज्यादा मुंह चलने वाले हमको बोलते है फ्रीज थोड़ा तिरछा होता है ?

Worst customer service.... Even after buying new cooler and its throwing water from the front with air... No help was done... Don't rely.... Use with water in front of them.

I purchased a 2.5-ton O’General AC from Lotus, Scheme No. 140, Bicholi Mardana. However, their after-sales service has been extremely poor. Before the year was up, I contacted them for servicing, but their team didn’t have basic equipment—no ladder, no stool. They told me to arrange it myself, even though it was their responsibility. Now, for the past two months, I have been extremely frustrated. Once I finally arranged everything, they clearly just want money now and have made the service paid. This is purely because of their greed. I do not recommend anyone take service from Lotus or O’General, as their only goal is to collect money, and they have no regard for the customer.”
