Very bad experience. Bought an AC 4 days back was told that it would be installed with in 24-48 hours of supply. 72 hours lapsed no response. They don't give their number anywhere so you have to call customer care every time and they reply every time doing something. Waiting still.

Adding to the review: It's been 3 days waiting for technician call and visit, with multiple calls getting 1 answer we will arrange. Hence downgrading to 3 stars. Co-operative staff. Staff was knowledgeable about the products. Product range was vast. Got good deal so far. Happy with the visit

Think twice before buying JBL! 🛑 Bought 2 JBL systems from Lotus (Bicholi, Indore), and the post-purchase service is the worst I’ve ever seen. The installation and back-office teams have zero coordination. I received over 20 calls from different departments in just 4–5 days. They call relentlessly at any time of the day, completely ignoring whether you are in a meeting or busy. Extremely disappointed with the post-sales service from Lotus Electronics and Bosch. While Lotus is incredibly proactive during the sales and delivery phase, their post-purchase customer support has failed drastically. I am a loyal customer who bought appliances worth ₹3–4 Lakhs from them, including a Bosch washing machine. In the last three months, the machine has broken down twice and remained non-functional for over 45 days. I escalated this to Ms. Monika (Lotus Customer Care Head), but received zero response. I have sent at least 10-15 reminders during whole period. To make matters worse, calling the official customer support line resulted in being told by an employee that she was away on personal leave and I should "call back tomorrow at 11 AM". It is clear that Lotus is focused strictly on sales margins rather than customer retention or brand due diligence. Because of this severe service delay, I have been forced to lodge an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). I urge others who have faced similar treatment to speak up. A sales-driven mindset without customer-centric support cannot be the norm.

However, after checking market prices and invoices at home, I realized I was significantly overcharged. The purifier was priced around ₹4,000 higher than expected, and the washing machine was about ₹3,000 more expensive than comparable market rates. Excellent experience purchasing my karaoke system from this electronics shop. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me choose the right setup based on my budget and requirements. The delivery staff Naveen and Lokesh were very helpful and explained the setup perfectly

Had a really good experience at Lotusl Electronics. They have a good range of TVs at reasonable prices, and there were some great offers going on as well. We also purchased a power bank from there, and it has been working really well so far. The staff was very helpful, polite, and patient. They cleared all our doubts and guided us properly while making the purchase. Overall, a great experience with good products, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend Lotus Electronics! 👍
