Lotus Electronics Indore Bicholi Mardana

Nice work bye the teammates…liked it very much…liked the staff veryy muchh…10 on 10 serviceee

Very bad experience at this store. The staff was not responding properly to customers, and everyone seemed busy without helping. We asked many times for product prices, but neither the staff nor the floor manager gave a proper response. Customer service was very disappointing. We will not visit this store again and would not recommend it to others.

I have purchased from Lotus before and had a good experience, however recently the staff is not good. I purchased and the guaranteed installation. I have contacted them continuously and they are not responding and helping. Very poor service . Greatly disappointed.

Great experience and the person mr adarsh Koaurv who explains the products so well that i end up buying AC. Recommend everyone to go and get some experience of lotus electronics.

Nice assistant by executing. Good range of electronics. Highly recommend

Great experience at Lotus Bicholi. The staff is very polite and helpful, and they explained product features clearly. Good variety of appliances with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for electronics shopping.

Another amazing experience of varied brands, and unmatched services from the numero uno brand in Electronics - Lotus. Highly Recommended! Thanks.

Very very good staff behaviour and good environment

Very good Department for freeze with Praveen Goswami. Lotus is actually good

The store lacked proper customer service, and there was no effort made to address my concerns or provide guidance. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and not worth the time. I would not recommend this store based on my visit and hope they improve their service quality in the future.
