Very poor and pathetic condition, this guys just scamming their customer. I have bought AC of Onida and they have given defected piece to me after installing AC many times it stopped working I called technician and was they repaired it but after 1 year it totally stopped and after registering so many complain on their office as well as customer support team from last 6 months they are telling they will soon resolve it but till date no one has resolved my problem. I have told them to replace my AC or refund my money or replace my spare parts if you could do fast but this 6 months passed but no one is taking care no responding. I think this guys need to be punished and should be done police complaint for scamming their customer with defected Electronic gadget. Their warranty doesnt matter for them once you took AC from his shop after getting money this dealer has nothing to do with the customer. These dealer should be done police complaint so that this kind of shops would be closed. I will not leave them cheating their customer and scamming with them. if u guys will resolve my problem either you refund my money or give me new AC by taking defected AC or replacing the spare parts which is in warranty, then I will remove this review as well as take my complaint from consumer court.

Never never visit this store. Worst ever experience in terms of sales team behaviour. When i went to buy a microwave the sales person were busy with their own chatting. Even after waiting for half an hour nobody was telling anything. Management should look into the matter seriously otherwise name of great eastern will be spoilt very soon. Will never visit this store again. I finally bought the microwave from Lotus who are happy to help their customers. Its better not to visit great eastern, there are many good options in indore.

Had a great experience dealing with Mr Akash Bhardwaj. Got to know the Usage of each part of refrigerator. And deal was good.and worth

Very good service.

Amazing experience Received good offers and staff was super friendly Special thanks to Suresh Dangi, Rajesh Yadav ji and Rahul Sakla ji. They helped a lot and were super patient with us all through the transaction.

Overall Nice experience in purchasing Samsung to from here. Azad ji in the showroom explaining very well and make us comfortable. Suggest to buy electronics items.

Great eastern is not a good showroom. They don't know how to deal with their customers. They don't listen to customers after their product sale. I would recommend not to purchase anything from their showroom. They deliver damaged products to their customers. I had the worst experience while purchasing a refrigerator. I don't even want to give 1 rating to the store. They are only great by their name, not by their services. Again I am saying don't purchase anything from their store. Also they blame us for that, we put the slip of price tag in the fridge. They also take extra delivery charges, which is not required and also blem the customers when the customer finds defects in the product and never accepts their mistakes.

very bad service I booked washing machine .they sent defective piece.and installation guy has seen .then too they are taking very long to exchange.they sent us demo piece without informing

Pathetic After Sales Services. They don't pick up the call after a week once the sale is done. Neither they provide good offers. Much expensive pricing than online stores like Flipkart & Amazon. 20% Higher. Make a wise decision. PS :- Don't be lured by positive reviews. Reviews can be bought easily.
