Good deal by aakash bhardwaj

👍 …

There after purchase services are very bad mostly when it comes for installation of any appliances, costumer have to wait minimum 4 to 5 days for installation

I dont know why people have given 1 star rating to this company but ya the explanation was well defined and also staff was good cleared all my doubts and the rates was comparatively lesser than other stores i will suggest to go once if need any electronic item.

They claim it's the place where you can get electronic appliances at cheapest price but that's not the case. Get the lowest quotation online and ask them to get the same price. They will get the approval and get you the same. Atleast you will be able to see the item in front of you, unlike online

Irfan is having good behavior

I visited the store 10 mins back. All the staff were engaged in their own busy discussion. None of them found the need to address the customer properly. One sales person could not explain properly about a microwave oven and said that I am lying about features of a microwave and that it cannot be so. Even after calling for the store manager, no one turned up. When I came down to the ground floor, I found that all staff are too busy gossiping. I feel that staff need to be trained professionally to address customers.

Very worst Sales Representative. Offer a Price & when decided to fix a deal, they refuse in an hour with words- Sir, mujhe confusion ho gaya tha pehle. Bought LED on 0% Easy EMI, still charging extra every month which cost more than 5,000/- extra

We recently bought Hitachi AC from here. First they delivered a damaged ac. Then replaced it with another one. The worst part was the installation. They said they will just mount the ac on the wall. The connection to electrical point should be done by us by our electrician. We really had a tough time coordinating between the electrician and their installation guy as both never came together. When one was there, other was absent. Both never appeared together. We requested them to arrange for their own electrician, which never happened. And all this after paying hefty 1900 Rs installation charges. Finally we got our own mechanic and got the ac installed right from scratch. To further add to our woes, the outlet pipe for water was missing in the packaging and now we are chasing them for it!!!
