Great Eastern trading Co,A B Road,Indore

Good customer service

Worst experience, staff members are not trained and are not able to give correct information about the product.... pathetic condition........won't go there any more.

Superb service and time management. Do visit the shop. Attender Rahul ji is superb in explaining product detailing

Best place to stop for all kind of household electronic appliances. I purchased refrigerator, washing machine and Bajaj iron from here I got best deal price and above all Sunil goswami the sales person was very much kind and helpful . After sales service is also very good

Worst experience , staff not corporate & rates are too high.. 2 baar fas Gaya hu yaha se purchase karke , Abb na lunga na kisi ko suggest karunga ..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 …

Horrible customer service and experience. The sales rep is untrained and does not give proper information before sale.

Went here today to purchase a refrigerator. The sales person Mayur Verma was very kind to us and had quite good knowledge of the products he was showing to us. After finally settling on Haier 345l Refrigerator , we went for billing and it was a smooth process altogether. Now waiting for product delivery at my home and will share that experience later. Post delivery : Delivery was done on the same day. However the representatives of Haier came 3 days later. All along it was a good experience altogether. Will definitely recommend the great Eastern to my friends n relatives.
