Sevice and attantivness of Mr.Akash Bhardwaj is excellent

when you visit for pre purchase offers with different gift tald. When purchased and used scrach card found that material not on the card. Requested delivery at 4 P.M but schedule not maintained. Photo of what to add?

I don’t usually write reviews but had to write for this store! It’s the most pathetic store I have ever visited. The staff is very very rude and got into an argument with me because all sales representatives were quoting different prices for one product! They are cheats and highly mannerless people. Even after all this, they did not even apologized and behaved with so much ego. Very very disappointed. I wish I could complaint about those employees and get them fired from their job.

i purchased a home theater Sony BDV-e4100 1000w from this shop on 12th Sep'21 sunday evening and it delivered next day 13th sep'21 but the home theater control remote is not compatible because they deliver different remote. I already informed their sales man about remote but no response yet. Also they misguide me, this home theater is 9 year old (model 2013), unable to connect 4k contained tv and sony discontinued this product. This kind of shops need to be shutdown permanently!! Attached remote photo Friends i will keep you posted next update if they responded or not...
