every facility inside this clinic was just perfect. the staff,their behaviour,hygiene,conduction...all the facilities were up to the mark and also it never felt like its boring or being tiresome for any kind of checkup
Highly recommend this place for OPG. The process was quick, the staff was professional, and the facility was very clean. I received my digital reports almost instantly. Great service!"

You can post this Google review in English: Very disappointing experience. The staff did not properly explain anything to the patient or family members. We came here for an MRI, and the patient was feeling very sleepy, yet no stretcher was provided. The overall patient care was poor and lacked basic consideration. The pickup and drop service was the worst part of the experience. The ambulance staff did not even turn on the air conditioning, making the journey extremely uncomfortable for the patient. Overall, the service was highly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.

The center is very well-maintained, and the staff members are friendly and cheerful. I would definitely like to refer my patients here in the future."
Horrible experience at The Biopsy. Gone for Sonography. Doctor was in her own zone. Proper guidance was not provided Washroom was so dirty that a normal patient can definately have Urine Infection. When asked for the same, they behaved like it is not at all a big deal. There are multiple diagnostic centre in Indore. This was definitely my last visit. If you are concerned about your hygiene and health, you should too opt for some other centre
