Worst diagnostic center experience. Staff members were careless and did not guide patients properly. No proper queue management and too much waiting. Customer service needs serious improvement.

Manish has been coming to Gulmarg for home sample collection for our entire family for a long time, and we are extremely happy with his service. It has always been very difficult to locate my veins, but he manages it seamlessly every time. He is gentle, skilled, punctual, and very efficient. Highly recommended!

Very poor service. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. Waiting time was extremely long even after appointment. Reports were delayed without proper explanation. Not recommended. I had a very bad experience at this MRI/CT/X-ray center. The staff was not cooperative and communication was poor. I waited for a long time despite having a scheduled appointment. The facility management is not organized, and cleanliness also needs improvement. Reports were delivered late, causing unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with this X-ray & Sonography centre. Staff is careless and not cooperative. Hygiene is not maintained properly and patients have to wait for hours. Reports are not given on time. Needs serious improvement.

I would especially like to appreciate **Mr. Vikas Avchare**, who was extremely supportive, kind, and motivating throughout the process. He made me feel comfortable, explained everything patiently, and helped reduce my anxiety before the scan. His positive attitude and professional behavior are truly commendable.
