I had a very disappointing experience at THE BIOPSY Diagnostics & Teleradiology Centre. The service quality was extremely poor. Staff behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. There was a long waiting time, and no proper management or communication from the team. The hygiene and cleanliness were also not up to the mark, which is very concerning for a medical facility. Reports were delayed, and the overall experience was stressful. I would not recommend this center to anyone looking for reliable MRI, X-ray, or sonography services. They seriously need to improve their service and customer handling.
