Worst service, humne home blood collection service li thi just for post meal sugar. I call them 5 times every time they said we will share the reports in 10 mins but it is been almost 20 hours they not share the reports. Worst service. I literally call them 5 times and I talk politely every time they say yess we will share in 10 mins still i didn't get my report. I never recommend them to anyone from now.

Worst diagnostic centre I ever visited , zero coordination between the Dr and the reception person. After taking proper appointment they ask to wait for 2 hours. And then after they ask to wait for 1 hour again just because the reception girl misplace the Dr prescription . Also she is very rude and pathetic person no sympathe for patients suffering 3-4 hours in the premises.

Very bad service This was the problem; before that, your department made us wait for 2 hours. And the sonography department has no politeness at all. This was our second experience— they don’t understand what "urgent" means. Even the receptionist doesn’t know how to talk or handle clients. This was the second time; the sonography department is the worst.

The staff here are extremely unprofessional and shockingly rude. Having an appointment is completely pointless—you’re still made to wait for 2–3 hours with zero regard for your time. On top of that, they don’t even bother to send test reports to the registered number, which is basic protocol. Instead, patients are forced to repeatedly visit the pathology just to get what they’ve already paid for. This kind of careless, disorganized service is unacceptable.

No systematic scheduling. I sat for almost 2 hours for a scan. People came after me saying humko Jaldi jana he and they sent 4 people who came after me for sonography. I am 7 months pregnant. I would have understood if there was an emergency but they sent people in who were there relatives. When I complained she said aap betho hamare pas list he hum uske hisab se bhejenge. I took appointment and still this was the behaviour. Worst reception staff. Never go here if you value your time.

Very rude staff no courtesy I waited 2-3 hours for sonography my bladder was full I told receptionist 4 times and I had pre scheduled day before and I understand that there might some other patient and waited too but she was not listening to me I adjusted 3-4 patients but at last she refunded my amount rudely with no sorry nothing means she have no value of our time I told her multiple times waited too but at last nothing just rude refund . Staff of blood test is far better than the staff of sonography they should learn some etiquettes from blood test staff

Very disappoint with management poor service I suggest that change the management system policy patient 4 hr se wait kr rha tha aaj sonography ke liye but yaha appointment ke baad bhi patient ko 4 hr wait karwaya upr se unka no aa gya to dusre patients ko vip treatment ke liye phle bula liya... Management se request hai aise logo ko job pe na rakhe total time waste in 4 hr me patient ko itni takleef Hui but kya hai management ko fark nhi padega in sb se kyuki money is everything main to zero rating dunga
