Worst experience. Have to wait so long for tests. No management. I don't know how they are managing, people are going randomly. There were many who came after us but instead they went inside first. Don't visit this clinic if you are in urgency.

It's a well maintained place with courteous staff and good service, especially helpful for elderly people who cannot wait long hours for their turn in sonography. The service are quick specially in sonography and all the sonography staff service very promisigly. Thank you Shivani diagnostic center for being nice towards your customers.

Very poor service. The staff doesn't pay much attention. They need to undertsand that this is a facility where there carlessness can cause people suffering. I faced multiple issues with tests done for my mother: 1. They mentioned the gender in report as male and hence the correct range of various tests mentioned accordingly. For us this didn't affect much just the acceptable range was different. But this shows lack of discipline. What if the test required certain protocols different for a Female. 2. They completely forgot the Dengue Test. Even though I specified to get the Dengue test, the person in charge was busy chatting with somebody and forgot to take sample for the Dengue test. All these things show how careless they are, There is a dire need to understand that frontline people in such a critical services should be careful at every step.
