Unsatisfied with the reports. Data and analysis provided is not correct. I had some tests with them and the same tests with other Pathology, reports are different, they were not able to detect my problems in sonography. I had suffered the things due to their lack of knowledge and techniques. One of my Friend also faced the same issue. I would not recommend tthis place.

Its really Nice experience to visit shivani diagnostics. Ambience was good and staff was well traind. Big enough infrastructure, well equiped with technically advanced instruments and machiens. In a city like Indore very few labs are NABL certified, Shivani is one of them. I m sure every one who visit this center will get excellent experience.

Very unprofessional, we did an urgent report which was supposed to be sent on WhatsApp (I repeatedly asked if they will be able to send it and they said yes). They didn't send it inspite of calling many times. Closed lab around 2:30 PM on Sunday and went away asking us to come next day. Update: Got call back and report now sent via mobile. The mobile number noted in system was missing a digit.

Worst experience. I called them and asked for appointment, and the receptionist there said she wont be giving untill i come there and book for it. I asked as it is difficult to come there and book an appointment due to covid pandemic as I m 33 weeks pregnant to come there once for appointment and then again come for test on the alloted day, but the lady on the phone was so rude and was not ready to listen even. So unprofessional of them

Very bad experience… they allot time for appointments and then still make you wait when you reach there for a very long time…. staff very bad… no responsibility and concern about their customers….

3rd class atmosphere..Worst service, behaviour of staff is very bad, there is no value for pre- appointment.. other diagnostic centres are far better than shivani diagnostic centre... Quality of reports are also not clear.. PLZ CHOOSE OTHER PATHOLOGY LAB.. STAR RATING -00000000

Worst services by Shivani Diagnostic, my wife visited for Sonography and despite having prior appointment she has to wait for 2 hours. Pathetic services, wish I could have give 0 star.

I discussed with many people that whoever comes to this center for various tests and services, almost all of them leave satisfied with the tests and arrangements made here. If any person writes an adverse comment in the review about this institute not conducting the test on time, then he should tell when he deposited the amount at the reception for which test and at what time his test took place. Similarly, whoever writes a complaint should give authentic information. Otherwise it should be assumed that adverse comments are being made deliberately with ulterior motives. Shivani Diagnostic Center is a reputed, best diagnostic center in Annapurna area.
