Pathetic experience, went twice both time they outright denied online payment due to some excuse or other, nor were they ready for partial payment.had to run back to home for cash. Better use SRL or any other lab

Poor service actually.i confirmed the sonography test in the morning itself and when I reached the desk person saw the prescription amd checked the registration number and seal of the doctor and eventually denied the sonography test as well.he asked for original IDs of the couple and when confirmed that they have to it,he saw the rust at the waiting chairs and said no.said you should get the slip restarted with the same doctor.he didn’t accept it even when the the doctor has stamped and signed just because it was Sunday and they may have to work till late due to more sonography tests.such an idiotic way of performing duties actually.

Low quality machine with accuracy of +- 15% means in baby of 3kg a variation rang of +450 to - 450 that is a long range of 900 gram.but indians also very fool they don't want to pay high cost so how will a doctor by a costly machine with accuracy of +- 2% while doctor is good.i suggest doctor to buy two machines one with higher accuracy and higher charge and another is which you have already.or go to rhythm or sampuSamdignostic what ever but check their accuracy of machine but never go like shivaShdignosti cheap one.

Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff and other members....we have been waiting for ct scan for more than an hour and doctor was not available and staff was keep saying 15mins more and more ...very bad experience

I have fever and burning in urine I done my urine from some pathology lab and report was normal than I consulted to doctor he told me that you have urine infection but I told my urine report normal my doctor told me time re do your test at Shivani diagnostic and report shows urine infection that amazing and I got relief after proper treatment so I always recommend good lab for better treatment with my true experience

Pathetic diagnostic lab. My parents had to go to the other diagnostic lab again for accurate results. Their reports are not at all proper so guys based on which you cannot go for your further treatment. Please go to the other labs for your tests as the owner + the complete staff is FAKE!

Stupid place. The receptionist doesn't understand a thing. At first she tells me that it would take half an hour and since I couldn't take it anymore, and just went to the WC, she announces my name. Like I just asked her a min ago, if my number is here yet. Damn her!!

Highly inprofessional. I did an urgent test joh ki 8PM pr report dene wale the agale din subha tak bhi nahi diya. Worst at service. Phone bhi nahi pick krte h. Never prefer this lab.
