Mera Shivani Diagnostic Center ka experience bahut disappointing raha. Jab main wahan aaya aur apne saathiyon ke baare mein poochha, to staff ne mujhse bahut rude aur badtameezi se baat ki. Baat ko politely samjhane ke bajay ek aur person ko bula kar mere saamne mujhe daanta gaya. Customer ke saath is tarah ka behaviour bilkul professional nahi hai. Management ko staff ko proper customer handling aur communication ke liye training deni chahiye. Overall Experience: Very Disappointing.
I have been regularly getting my clients’ 2D Echo and USG tests done at your centre, and earlier all reports were provided on time without any issues. However, recently we have been facing problems where reports get misplaced, and we have to wait for a long time while your staff searches for them. Kindly understand that timely delivery of reports is very important. If reports are not provided on time, it becomes very difficult to manage the process smoothly. Please look into this issue seriously.
