1: 1.5 T MRI machine 2: they claim that they provide the report on the same day but it's there way to give the false hopes to patient just to gain another set of money. 3: they tell you that it would only take 15 more mins for the reports on the next day but make you wait for over an hour 4: No professionalism 5: If you don't have time try to avoid using the services here

Mangament system is not good , patient waiting 9.30 Am and doctor will rech 1 pm , but not good response to customer

Had a terrible experience today Dr. Wrote clearly some other Ultrasound and Dr. Manisha Verma did some it obviously wasted drs time,our time and our money, When reported the receptionist couldn't have been less considerate then this about the issue caused. Dr. Manisha clearly ignored when patient told her that this is where the issue is just did whatever scan she felt like and report was also entirely irrelevant.

I have got my MRCP done at Annapurna Centre. They have old machine & incompetent staff. Report is incomplete & does not contain required diagonistic details. Infact sonography has more information than their report. Approched them for proper detailed report, but they failed to respond.

Nice clean place and good ac facility to sit. Just know that ultrasound does not happen on sunday.

I had a terrible experience at this lab. I took my wife here for an ultrasound (USG) abdomen, and the environment was completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. The washrooms were filthy, which is disgusting considering patients need to use them for or between scans. The only good thing about this place is the doctor who done the scan, she made the patient comfortable. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere clean and organized.

They take a lot of time in providing the service and just waste time. They give the X-ray report and sonography report in 5 minutes and then in 2 hours and the staff ignores the sound.

Third rate facility. They'd invite patients at 9AM while their doctor won't even arrive till 11.30. Their staff agrees to everyone who comes for a scan and give them false wait times. We were made to wait over 2 hours for an 8 month Doppler scan while they kept sending quicker sonography patients before us. A highly unprofessional operation that these people are running.
