The staff here is highly unprofessional and lacks proper knowledge and training in handling patients, especially when it comes to procedures like taking blood samples. It appears that the management prioritizes hiring the cheapest available staff rather than qualified professionals, which directly affects patient care. The reception team is also extremely rude and inattentive; instead of assisting patients, they are often engaged in personal conversations and laughter, leaving patients waiting unattended. Visiting this place only results in frustration, wasted money, and unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise others to avoid this center for their medical needs.

Very nice service and Good environment

The diagnostics centre is clean, well-organized, and professionally managed. The staff were polite and helpful, and the process was smooth with minimal waiting time. Test reports were delivered on time and were easy to understand. Overall, a reliable place for medical tests and checkups.

Worst can’t even diagnose properly my Paitent got an usg kub on 11/02 /2026 they just sent all good report no issue just told minor hydronephrosis later I called them again Paitent is complaining of flank pain have you done the usg properly is there a stone or not they told don’t get worried no issue and also complained Paitent wasn’t cooperative and all and I know the Paitent personally later 3 days still pain not going today I got CT scan stone is in upper ureter such and inaccurate results from your side and I called again they aren’t picking up the call wait for next agent to come

Recipenist are very rude and if they tell to book appointment in advance dont go for it first visit the centre and then book appointment for you test

Very dull and rude staff, Took the same report twice because first time they didn't do it correctly. I have zero confidence in their service. Take it at your own risk.

Worst services for shoulder MRI. Do not go for shoulder MRI I deposited money but shoulder MRI not done. Because of machine problem My money is also not refunded.
